Vinod Prasad, born on December 19, 1964, is a 2005 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree and has served in various capacities including Under Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Secretary. Since September 30, 2019, he has been serving as the Secretary in the Languages Department. Vinod Prasad continues to be an active member of the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
