Vinod Kumar Suman, born on July 1, 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. Currently serving as Secretary at Uttarakhand in the General Administration Department since January 19, 2026, he holds an M.A. and a Diploma. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Director, Additional Secretary, Commissioner, District Magistrate, and Secretary. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Uttarakhand.
