Currently serving as Secretary at Uttarakhand in the General Administration Department since January 19, 2026, he holds an M.A. and a Diploma. Throughout his career, he has held the position of Secretary in various capacities. Vinod Kumar Suman continues to contribute to the administration of Uttarakhand in his ongoing service.
