Vinod Kumar Pathak, born on March 17, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He served as District Collector from March 5, 2006, to March 31, 2009. His career includes roles as Additional Secretary and Deputy Secretary. He held the position of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Mr. Pathak is a graduate and has contributed to various administrative functions during his tenure in the IAS.
