Vinod Kumar Malick, born on June 30, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Physical Chemistry. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary, Vice Chairperson, and Special Secretary Director. His most recent position was Secretary in the Agriculture Department from December 20, 2005, to June 30, 2006.
