Vinod Kumar, born on March 23, 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree. Currently, he is the Special Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the Department of Technical Education, a position he has held since May 4, 2025. Vinod Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
