Vinod Kumar, born on 25 January 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Odisha cadre. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from IT-BHU, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, Managing Director, Director, Chief Executive, and General Manager. His most recent role was Officer on Special Duty in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Textiles Department from 5 May 2018 to 31 January 2024. Throughout his career, he held multiple administrative and leadership positions before retiring from service.
