Vinod Kumar, born on 27 May 1965, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. A graduate in Civil Engineering, he served in various capacities including Director, District Collector, Managing Director, Secretary, Labour Commissioner, Member, Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, OSD to Minister, Additional Collector, Project Director, SDO, and ACS. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary at Madhya Pradesh's General Administration Department, commencing on 11 May 2020. Throughout his career, Vinod Kumar contributed to multiple administrative roles within the Madhya Pradesh government.
