Vinod Kapoor, born on April 26, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, District Collector and District Magistrate, Director, Divisional Commissioner, Member, Special Secretary, and multiple terms as Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary at Jaipur, Rajasthan, from February 6, 2009, to April 30, 2010. Post-retirement, he was associated with the Justice Mathur Commission. Throughout his career, Kapoor contributed to the administrative framework of Rajasthan across diverse roles.
