Vinod Jain, born on 30 May 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 batch, Rajasthan cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary and Director. His most recent position was Director at Rajasthan's Science and Tech Department from 1 July 1999 to 30 May 2000. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative functions within the state government before retiring from service.
