Vinod Giri Goswami, born on July 22, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2017 batch, serving in the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.A. in History. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary & Director at Uttarakhand's Urban Development Department, a position he has held since October 12, 2025. Previously, he served as a District Magistrate. Mr. Goswami continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Uttarakhand.
