Vinod Duhan, born on November 11, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from PEC, Chandigarh University College. Currently, he serves as the Collector and District Magistrate of Araria, Bihar, a position he has held since December 10, 2025. Previously, he has held the position of Director. Vinod Duhan is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
