Vineet Tomar, born on February 4, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from U.P. Technical University, Lucknow. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of Kumaun Mandal Vikash Nigam since September 4, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Junior Scale officer, District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, and Assistant Secretary. Vineet is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
