Vineet Kumar, born on June 12, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds dual B.Tech degrees in Management and Paper Technology from IIT Roorkee. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Faridkot since May 21, 2023. His previous roles include Deputy Commissioner, Managing Director, Director, Special Secretary, Commissioner, Additional Secretary, Additional CEO, Additional Managing Director, A.D.C., Sub-Divisional Magistrate, and Assistant Commissioner. Vineet Kumar is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
