Vineet Kumar, born on June 11, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, serving in the Nagaland cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he is the Deputy Commissioner at Wokha, a position he has held since May 30, 2022. Previously, he served as an Assistant Secretary. Vineet Kumar received the L.V. Reddy Memorial Award for best performance during District Training in North East/insurgency-affected areas. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions in Nagaland.
