Vinay Shanker Pandey, born on June 30, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a B.A. and LL.B. degree. Currently serving as Secretary in the CM Secretariat since May 17, 2023, Pandey has held various positions including District Magistrate, Municipal Commissioner, Commissioner, and Additional Secretary. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the administration of Uttarakhand. He remains in active service within the IAS.
