Vinay Nigam, born on July 8, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He is currently serving as the Chief General Manager (CGM) at the M.P. Text Book Corporation in Bhopal, a position he has held since January 17, 2022. Throughout his career in the IAS, Nigam has been associated with the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He continues to serve in the administrative capacity within the state government.
