Vinay Kumar Srivastava, born on July 3, 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. During his career, he served in key administrative roles including District Collector and District Magistrate. His most recent appointment was as District Collector at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, from October 13, 2008, to July 31, 2011. Throughout his tenure, he contributed to the administration and governance of the state until his retirement.
