Vinay Kumar, born on January 1, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. Currently, he holds the position of Special Secretary to Government in the Health and Family Welfare Department at Aizawl, Mizoram, since May 30, 2023. Prior to this role, he served as a Director. Vinay Kumar continues to be an active member of the IAS, contributing to the administration within his designated cadre and department.
