Vinay Goyal, born on 13 October 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, Kerala cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine and Surgery from Maharashi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Currently, he serves as the State Mission Director of the National Health Mission since 30 August 2024. Prior to this, he held the position of Assistant Secretary. Vinay Goyal continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
