Vinay Gowda GC, born on 25 June 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Karnataka Surathkal Regional Engineering College, Suratkal. Vinay has served in various capacities including Chief Executive Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Junior, and Assistant Secretary. Since 14 October 2022, he has been serving as the Collector at Chandrapur. He continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
