Vinay Chand Vadarevu, born on April 16, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. from Malviya National Institute of Technology and two M.A. degrees from IGNOU Delhi. Currently serving as Secretary to Government in the Revenue (Endowments) Department since January 22, 2025, Vadarevu has held various positions including Chief Executive Officer, District Collector and Magistrate, Municipal Commissioner & Vice Chairman, Project Officer, Joint Collector, and Sub Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
