Vinay Bublani, born on 08 February 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Punjab cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Gulbarga University. Currently, he serves as the Divisional Commissioner at Patiala, Punjab, a position he has held since 24 June 2025. Throughout his career, Vinay has held various roles including Director, Special Secretary to Government, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Chief Administrator, Additional Registrar, Deputy Commissioner, and Chief Executive Officer. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Punjab.
