Vimmi Bhullar, born on November 12, 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, serving in the Punjab cadre. She holds an M.Sc. degree in Botany. Currently, she is the Director-cum-Additional Secretary at the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Punjab, a position she has held since August 14, 2020. Ms. Bhullar continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Punjab.
