Vimla Nand Jha, born on 27 June 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 Bihar cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Deputy Secretary, Labour Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Secretary, Additional Secretary, Special Secretary, Director, and Commissioner. He served as Commissioner from 13 February 2012 to 30 June 2013. His most recent role was Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department.
