Vilasini Ramachandran, born on 25 September 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1977 Gujarat cadre. She holds postgraduate degrees in English and Public Administration, along with a graduate degree in English. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Secretary at Gujarat from 17 October 2011 to 30 September 2012, special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Principal Secretary, Managing Director, Municipal Commissioner, Director, Executive Director, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, District Development Officer, and Assistant Collector.
