Vikram Virkar, born on June 20, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Currently, he serves as the Municipal Commissioner of Muzaffarpur, a position he has held since August 28, 2024. Mr. Virkar continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
