Vikram Singh Malik, born on 23 May 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Delhi. Currently, he serves as Director at the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, New Delhi, since 2 January 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Deputy Secretary, Administrative Secretary, Deputy Commissioner Cum District Magistrate, Secretary, Officer On Special Duty Senior Time Scale, Deputy Commissioner, Collector, and Deputy Collector. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
