Vikram Sen, born on 15 October 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 batch of the West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Political Science, a postgraduate degree, and a diploma in International Relations. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Secretary, Special Secretary, Managing Director, Director, Joint Commissioner, General Manager, Additional Executive Officer, and Deputy Director. His most recent position was Additional Secretary, held from 11 October 2012 to 31 October 2013.
