Vikram Kumar, born on 24 May 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2004 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, District Collector, Municipal Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, and Director. Currently, he is the Additional Metropolitan Commissioner at Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), a position he assumed on 20 March 2024. Vikram Kumar is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
