Vikram, born on February 1, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director at Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, Haryana, a position he assumed on March 20, 2026. His previous roles include Managing Director, MD, and Deputy Commissioner. Vikram is proficient in English and Hindi. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Haryana.
