Vikas Sitaramji Bhale, born on June 6, 1967, is a 1999 batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.E. and an M.A. and is proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary at Rajasthan in the Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Gopalan Department since March 19, 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary to Government, District Collector and District Magistrate, Secretary, Director, CEO, SDO, and Chairman. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
