Vikas Ruhela, born on 19 May 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, allotted to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he serves as the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) at Siliguri, Darjeeling, West Bengal, a position he has held since 27 October 2025. Prior to this, he worked as an Officer on Special Duty (OSD). Vikas Ruhela continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
