Vikas Narwal, born on 21 December 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Nautical Science from Mumbai University and T.S. Chanakya, as well as a B.Sc. from Mumbai University. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Chairperson at Cochin Port Trust, Kerala, since 1 July 2022. His previous roles include Deputy Chairman, Chairperson, Joint CEO, Managing Director, District Collector, Additional Collector, CEO, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
