Vikas Meena, born on May 8, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.A. in Geography from the University of Rajasthan. Currently, he serves as the Collector at Yavatmal, Maharashtra, a position he has held since March 11, 2025. Prior to this, he worked as a Supernumerary Assistant Collector and as the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad. Vikas Meena continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
