Vikas Anand, born on January 12, 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, an M.Tech. in Management & Systems from IIT Delhi, and a postgraduate degree in Public Administration from Harvard University. Currently, he serves as Secretary to the Chief Minister of Delhi. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including CEO, Joint Secretary, Secretary to Government, Commissioner, Managing Director, Deputy Commissioner, Mission Director, Special Officer, and PS to Minister of State. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
