Vikalp Bharadwaj, born on 06 February 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently serving as Collector since 17 June 2025, Bharadwaj has previously held positions including District Development Officer and Deputy Secretary to Government. He is proficient in Gujarati and continues to serve in the IAS.
