Vijaykumar Siddappa Bhavikatti, born on May 3, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Visveswaray Technical University. Currently, he serves as Director (Census Operations) at Karnataka, a position he has held since August 14, 2019, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Home Affairs. His previous roles include Director & Additional Secretary, Administrator, Deputy Commissioner, ADC cum CEO, and Assistant Commissioner. He is proficient in English and Kannada and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
