Vijayendra Kumar, born on 26 December 1969, is a 1995 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Haryana cadre. He holds an M.A. degree and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently, he serves as the Additional Chief Secretary at Haryana in the Personnel (Appointments) department, a position he assumed on 20 March 2026. Throughout his career, he has held multiple roles including Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service with dedication.
