Vijayendra Kumar, born on 26 December 1969, is a 1995 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Haryana cadre. He holds an M.A. degree and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) at Haryana in the Personnel Department since 16 August 2025, he has previously held the position of Principal Secretary. Mr. Kumar continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Haryana through his ongoing service.
