Vijaya Lakshmi Nadendla, born on June 1, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Bihar cadre. She holds M.Sc. degrees in Anthropology and Zoology. Currently, she serves as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Planning and Development Department of Bihar since December 30, 2025. Her previous role includes serving as Principal Secretary. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, Vijaya Lakshmi continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Bihar. She remains in active service.
