He holds a B.Tech. degree and a postgraduate qualification from King's College London. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner & Secretary in the Animal Husbandry Department of Haryana, a position he has held since 1 December 2024. Proficient in English and Hindi, Vijay Singh Dahiya continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Haryana.
