His most recent designation was Secretary at Maharashtra in the Department of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution. Vijay Singh holds a graduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in multiple administrative capacities within the Maharashtra cadre before retiring from service.
