Chief Election Officer, Law and Legal Affairs Department, Madhya Pradesh
Dr. Vijay S Patidar, born on 15 July 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Chemistry and Law, along with a Ph.D. in International Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Additional Collector, Deputy Secretary, Joint Chief Electoral Officer, Managing Director, Secretary, and Nodal Officer. Notably, he was the Chief Election Officer of Madhya Pradesh from June 2005 to April 2007. His service was primarily associated with the Law and Legal Affairs Department.
