Vijay Rama Raju V, born on 22 September 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Sc. from BITS Pilani. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner at Andhra Pradesh's Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) since 23 March 2026. His previous roles include Sub Collector, Assistant Collector, and Director. Vijay Rama Raju V is proficient in English and Telugu and continues to serve in the IAS.
