Vijay Prakash Meena, born on August 9, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree in Metallurgy Engineering from IIT Mumbai. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary in the Urban Development and Housing Department of Bihar, a position he assumed on February 12, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Director, Assistant Secretary, and Director. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Bihar.
