Vijay Kumar Janjua, born on 20 June 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Punjab cadre. He held the position of Chief Secretary to the Government in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from 5 July 2022 to 30 June 2023. His educational qualifications include a postgraduate diploma in Management, a graduate degree in Electronics, and a postgraduate diploma in Financial Management. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities such as Principal Secretary, Finance Commissioner, Secretary, Director, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, and Assistant Commissioner.
