Vijay Kumar Gupta, born on January 2, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, assigned to the Jharkhand cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities within the state administration. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary in the Finance Department of Jharkhand. Throughout his career, he has held the position of Additional Secretary. Mr. Gupta continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative functions of the Jharkhand government.
