Vijay Kumar Dhondiyal, born on May 7, 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He served in the Cooperation Department and held the position of Secretary from December 31, 2014, to May 31, 2020. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of Uttarakhand until his retirement.
