Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, born on 29 August 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics. Currently, he is the Secretary at Delhi in the Urban Development department, a position he has held since 8 September 2025. His previous roles include Divisional Commissioner, Commissioner & Secretary (Winding Up), Personal Secretary to Minister of State, Deputy Commissioner, and Sub Collector. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
