Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, born on 29 August 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics. Currently serving as Secretary at Delhi in the Urban Development department since 8 September 2025, he has previously held the position of Divisional Commissioner. Proficient in English and Hindi, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri continues to contribute to public administration in his ongoing service.
