Vijay Kumar, born on February 7, 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 Bihar cadre. During his service, he held key positions including Joint Secretary and Additional Secretary. Most recently, he served as the Special Secretary in the Agriculture Department from January 31, 2020. His career in the IAS reflects his commitment to public administration within the Bihar cadre.
