Vijay Kiran Anand, born on 22 November 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Com and qualifications in Chartered Accountancy and Economics. Currently serving as an Officer at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh since December 2017, he has previously held positions including Director General and Special Secretary, Special Secretary, Mela Adhikari, District Magistrate, and Sub Divisional Magistrate. He was awarded the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration in 2020 under the Innovation (General) - State category. He is proficient in English and Kannada.
